People now days are very health conscious, they do not prefer drinking milk or eat milk product as they are fattening. Earlier people use to stress on eating paneer, cheese, drinking milk, eating butter, ghee, that is the reason they were stronger, and were immune against illness and weakness. The morning use to start with a glass of milk but now people around the world starts their day with a cup of tea.
But im very conscious about eating good healthy natural food products such as panner, ghee, etc, so at breakfast, I take bread or parathas with boiled eggs or omelet. Yesterday, while having my breakfast, my mind got stuck with a thought that what if these dairy products and eggs would not be here anymore. Oh… it feels so horrible to imagine life without milk, eggs, ghee, butter, cream and other such items. Everything that makes our food delicious like ghee, cream, butter comes from milk in different ways. Dairy products are very important for people who are pure vegetarian as it the direct source of proteins to the body.
